These companies are industry leaders in growing and producing some of the finest meat—all natural and self-sustained. Our hand cut steaks are specially selected, seasoned to perfection and cooked on the 1200-degree Montague Grill, simply outstanding in flavor and tenderness.
Design and Aesthetics:
The foundation is rock solid, 70 MAC trucks full of concrete created this water proof slab, built for a lifetime of delicious food and beverage. Siesta Key Summer House Steak and Seafood is a one of a kind building able to withstand winds more than 180 miles per hour. Renowned designer and creative genius Kurt Lucas of JKL has created this exclusive transitionally designed masterpiece.
The Fish Tank:
The fish tank is a Siesta Key Summer House Steak and Seafood original—museum quality, 1,000 Gallons, 10,000 pounds and 14 feet long. A must see when visiting Siesta Key. Designed exclusively for Siesta Key Summer House by Sea Clear Aquariums it took over 1,100 man hours to design and build. Spectacular!!
Vino (or Wine):
After many hours spent tasting the finest wines in all of Napa Valley, Siesta Key Summer House Steak and Seafood has brought many of these classic well bodied wines to the menu, hard work for sure, but someone had to do it. Wine Sommeliers from Oregon, Napa Valley, California and Italy, have consulted with our team and created a wine list that will enhance all the menu has to offer. The Wine Cellar holds 436 bottles of wine, if we currently don’t carry your favorite, be sure to let us know.
